As part of “Talentpool Solutions cc” (TPS), we have been taking on the most challenging assignments for clients in Europe and around the world since 2010. Based in sunny Cape Town, we combine the favourable local cost structure with the “German seal of quality”. While we remain rooted in Germany, both culturally and in terms of business practices, we move effortlessly on local parquet when it comes to local know-how or the right networks and contacts. This way you also have access to the knowledge and expertise of a successful Cape Town entrepreneur from day one!

Your contact persons were already on board in 2010 when Talentpool Solutions was founded:

Torsten Lueddecke

Torsten earned his entrepreneurial spurs in the 1990s when he and two friends turned a student initiative into an international service company with 250 employees in 17 countries. He has lived in Cape Town with his wife since 2004. In his personal life he is interested in current affairs, the ancient Chinese practices of Qigong, and everything related to the field of “personality development” (even if he doesn’t “like” this word …).

Today Torsten is partner and managing director of our company.

Claus Lauter

Through the founding  of a Hamburg-based software company for event management  Claus has proven his talent for process development and IT at an early stage. In 2010, he was commissioned by the German government to redesign and completely take over the visa processing procedures for South Africa. In recent years, he has also become a proven expert in digital marketing. As a modern nomad, he has travelled to over 60 countries, some of which he has lived and worked in. As the actual “inventor” of Talentpool Solutions, he now focuses on customer support and process optimization.

Marlen Böhm

With Marlen we have a General Manager who has also been part of the team from the very beginning. With a background in business administration and finance, she can now look back on 14 years of experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and has taken on complex projects in industries such as market research and e-learning over the years. Marlen is responsible for the day-to-day operations and has a leadership role over all project managers and staff. She has spent almost half of her life in Cape Town and loves this city like no other. You can find her at sunrise on Lion’s Head and Table Mountain or at international bike races around the Cape of Good Hope.
