With us you get the best of all worlds. You are free to communicate directly with members of your team and to take charge of management and supervision. Alternatively, you can sit back and leave this job to your Project Manager at TPS.
In our experience, this is not primarily a question of your personal taste but more of the particular needs of your business. For tasks that are standardized and do not require individual briefings, it is much easier to hand over the management to your TPS Project Manager. If close communication is necessary and the tasks are ever changing, it may be advisable to keep the management on your side.
