Your team can be reached conveniently and affordably via using the German phone number we provide. Alternatively, you can use online communication tools like Zoom, Skype, or Slack.

Cape Town and Germany have no time difference during wintertime and only 1 hour during summertime.

What if one of my employees is not performing?

In the unlikely event that your team has a non-performing or problematic member, we will step in and provide you with a swift solution. As your team is employed by TPS, we also handle potential labor law disputes, should employment ever need to be discontinued for business or disciplinary reasons.

How does your pricing work?

We either charge for an agreed volume of services provided or for an agreed number or working hours. Either way, we thrive to give you a cost advantage of at least 30%.

How do you invoice, how do I pay?

We invoice in agreed intervals (e.g., monthly). All transactions are in Euro and free of VAT as our service is delivered from South Africa. For your convenience you can simply do bank transfers to our account with Deutsche Bank in Cologne.

Will customers, or clients know that my team is in South Africa?

Your communication strategy will determine this. From our side, we will not divulge any client information to the public, so it is entirely up to you how you wish to communicate with your clients.
